Welcome to Seora AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seora AI mobile application ("App") and related services operated by Julie Hines ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Seora AI is an AI-powered tool that helps online sellers generate optimized listing titles, tags, and descriptions for e-commerce platforms including Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. The App also provides a profit calculator, niche calendar, content planner, and shop management tools.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Seora AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

6. AI-Generated Content

The listings, titles, tags, and descriptions generated by Seora AI are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing to any platform.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will comply with any specific platform's policies or guidelines.
• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to listing removals, intellectual property claims, or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the App belongs to you, but we retain all rights to the App itself.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Seora AI integrates with or references third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms unless explicitly stated. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Profit calculations are estimates and should not be relied upon as financial advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
