Shop Information: If you use the Shop Settings feature, we store your shop name, policies, shipping information, and return policies locally on your device and/or securely in our cloud infrastructure to auto-fill your listing descriptions.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data such as feature usage patterns, app performance metrics, and crash reports to improve the App.

AI-Generated Content: When you use the AI SEO Generator, your product details are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic/Claude) to generate listing content. We do not permanently store the content of your AI requests.

• Save your shop settings for convenience across sessions.
• Process subscription payments through the Apple App Store.

• AI Service Providers: Product details you enter are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) to generate listing content. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy and data handling policies.
• Platform APIs: If you use features that connect to Etsy or other platforms, relevant listing data is transmitted to those platforms via their official APIs according to their terms of service.
• Apple: Subscription and payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.

Your shop settings and preferences are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for our cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. AI-generated content is not permanently stored on our servers. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
